I had watched a video by Tony Robbins awhile ago, where he made a very interesting point. If you have never heard of Tony, he is one of the most highly regarded motivational speakers around.
In this analogy, Tony talks about taking golf lessons. After a couple of days he becomes frustrated with his game, hitting balls into the water, the sand and anywhere he didn’t want it to go.
He vents his frustration to the golf pro who goes on to tell Tony, he is not that far off from being a good golfer. In fact, Tony was only very slightly off in his swing and by implementing one small change in his swing, he gets on the green.
By making a slight adjustment in his approach, Tony was able to make a huge impact in his game.
This is a great analogy and in relation to protection plans, it’s been proven in retail, time and time again.
Making the right adjustments in your business, by introducing the right programs into your store, or by following the right training or store strategies, people can transform their business. Even if you’re doing well already, why not do great?
If you’ve got a program up and running, we’ve got strategies developed that can help you make an impact that will help you get to where you want to be.
If you don’t have a protection plan program yet implemented, you are missing out on one of the most important business changes you could make. In fact, protection plan sales generate meaningful revenue and profits while providing consumers with something they want, in an over $38 billion industry.
Tony not only gives us a business lesson, it’s a great philosophy for life. Watch yourself, it’s 8 minutes well spent.
